DESCRIPTION:Programme Highlights\nNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 14th Annu
 al General Meeting of the Fire Division will be held on Wednesday\, 12 May
  2021 at 6:15pm at James Chiu and Dragages Rooms\, the HKIE Headquarters\,
  9/F\, Island Beverley\, No 1 Great George Street\, Causeway Bay\, Hong Ko
 ng\, for the following purposes: -\n\n1. To receive and confirm the Minute
 s of the 13th AGM.\n\n2. To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Div
 ision for Session 2020/2021.\n\n3. To receive and adopt the Financial Stat
 ement of the Division for Session 2020/2021.\n\n4. To elect the Chairman a
 nd Ordinary Members of the Division Committee for Session 2021/2022.\n\n5.
  To elect the Council Member (Division) for Sessions 2021/2022 and 2022/20
 23.\n\nIn case of adjournment of the AGM\, members of the Division shall c
 heck on the Institution’s website at www.hkie.org.hk and the Division’
 s website at http://fe.hkie.org.hk for the revised venue\, time and date o
 f the adjourned AGM.\n\nMembers are reminded that if you come to the Headq

 Council Member (Division)\n\nDivision Chairman\n\nThe outgoing Division Co
 mmittee has decided to nominate Ir Prof LO Sai Huen for election as the Ch
 airman for Session 2021/2022.\n\nOrdinary Members - under Clause 7.2(c) of
  the Division Rules\n\nThe outgoing Division Committee has decided to opt 
 for the maximum of 14 Ordinary Members\, and eight Ordinary Members in the
  Committee shall retire by end of the Session\, namely Ir Anny IP Kit Ying
 \, Ir Dr Eric LEE Wai Ming\, Ir Ken NG Kin Shing\, Ir Jack YUE Tsz Kit\, I
 r Wilson KWOK Wai Shun\, Ir Benny LAI Siu Lun\, Ir Albert YAU Tat Hing and
  Ir HO Kwok Fu.\n\nFollowing the retirement of the above Ordinary Members\
 , there are eight vacancies for the Ordinary Members.\n\nThe Division Comm
 ittee has decided to nominate the following eight candidates for the Ordin
 ary Members for a three-year term: Ir Anny IP Kit Ying\, Ir Dr Eric LEE Wa
 i Ming\, Ir Ken NG Kin Shing\, Ir Jack YUE Tsz Kit\, Ir Gary IU Pun Yan\, 
 Ir Kenith HO Ka Kit\, Ir VONG Kai Va and Ir Jeffrey LEUNG Kwun Hong.\n\nOr
 dinary Member - under Clause 7.2(d) of the Division Rules (i.e. Ordinary M
 embers of the Committee who are of 35 years of age or below)\n\nMiss Kahl 
 CHEUNG Kar Man shall retire by end of the Session.\n\nFollowing the retire
 ment of the above Ordinary Member\, there is one vacancy for the Ordinary 
 Member. The Division Committee has decided to nominate Ir Gerald KWOK for 
 the Ordinary Member for a three-year term.\n\nCouncil Member (Division)\n\
 nThe outgoing Division Committee has decided to nominate Ir Thomas CHUNG C
 hit Chun for election as Council Member (Division) for Sessions 2021/2022 
 and 2022/2023.\n\nAny two Corporate Members of the Division may nominate i
 n writing any duly qualified persons as Chairman or Ordinary Members of th
 e Committee under Clause 7.2(c) and 7.2(d) of the Division Rules or Counci
 l Member (Division). Original copy of the nomination form signed by those 
 making the nomination\, together with the consent in writing of every cand
 idate named therein to accept office\, if elected\, shall be forwarded to 
 the Secretariat of the Institution\, for the attention of the Honorary Sec
 retary of Fire Division\, no later than Wednesday\, 28 April 2021. Please
