With rounds of workshops and meetings among 19 nos. of Lift Task Force Members over 2 years, BSOMES launched the “Best Management Practices on Operation and Maintenance for Lifts & Escalators” (hereafter called the “Manual”) in Year 2019. The course is designed to broaden knowledge of management practices by taking reference to the Manual and provide the practical guidance and solutions for Responsible Persons, Property Management Personnel, O&M Engineers, Building Surveyors and Owners of lifts & escalators. All Guest Speakers, who are experienced / professional trade practitioner from BSOMES Lift Task Force, Property Developer, Property / Facility Management Company, Consultant, Contractor and Academic Institution etc., will share their practical knowledge and experience sharing on managing the daily O&M of lifts and escalators in details.
- A CPD certificate will be issued to participant for each session. No CPD certificate will be awarded to individuals who register after 7:30pm (more than half hour late) or leave earlier than 9:00pm (more than half hour early).
- On top of any individual session certificate(s) issued, a full course certificate will be issued to those who have applied for full course with attendance of at least 5 full sessions. 3) CPD certificates will be emailed to participants within 1 month after the completion of the session and full course.

To complete the registration, Applicant should mail the cheque at correct amount to BSOMES as per the below payment method. Upon completion of payment, the applicant will receive an acknowledgement e-mail. Registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis. Priority will be given to members of BSOMES.
