Delegates will have the opportunity to discover recent developments and applications in fire safety across Chinese Mainland. \;\nThis tech nical visit to the Greater Bay Area provides participants with valuable ex posure to the region’s rapid development in fire safety\, smart city tec hnologies\, advanced manufacturing\, and innovative construction solutions . Direct engagement with industry experts and leading facilities will broa den participants' professional perspectives\, encourage the adoption of ad vanced practices\, and support future organisational development through e nhanced technical knowledge and cross‑boundary collaboration. \n Appr oximate Fee \n HK$ ~2\,470 to 3\,240 \;\nShared room ~HK$2\,470 \; S ingle room ~ $3\,240 \; \;(subject to the finalized itinerary)\n(A ccommodation\, meals\, and transportation covering both Hong Kong and Main land destinations are included.) \n Registration &\; Enquiries \n For the Delegation\, prior registration is required and interested HKIE an d IFE (HK Branch) members should register below. \;\nPlease note that all applicants shall provide their full name in both Chinese and English a s shown on their HKID or travel documents (e.g.\, Passport\, Mainland Trav el Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Permanent Residents)\, along with their contact details and HKIE and IFE (HK Branch) membership number. For succes sful applicants\, more details will be required for hotel booking. Members must ensure their travel documents are valid for at least 6 months. The o rganizer reserves the right to reject applications that do not include the required information. \;\nThe number of participants is limited to 18 \, and applications will be accepted on a first-come\, first-served basis\ , with priority given to HKIE Fire Division and IFE (HK Branch) members. L imited places with sponsorship are allocated to students with a keen inter est in fire engineering design and fire safety measures. The deadline for application is 15th February 2026 at noon.
